  • Custom or personalized items ( e.g items printed with your name, photo, or custom design) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification.
  • We’ll also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and applied to your original payment method.
  • The actual posting time depends on your bank or payment provider:
    • PayPal: 1–5 business days
    • Credit/Debit Card: 3–8 business days
